The key to SRS Industrial’s continuous safe operation is communication - this is done daily, weekly and monthly.
DAILY - A safe work permit is completed on-site every day. Each worker signs it to acknowledge they are aware of the daily tasks ahead, any hazards and how to safely deal with them.
WEEKLY - Each week a site inspection is completed using a time-tested checklist. This checklist helps identify and address potential hazards and deficiencies. All findings are communicated, documented and reported.
MONTHLY - The SRS Industrial Health & Safety team conducts a mandatory monthly meeting for foremen, project managers and estimators. During these open-forum meetings, participants discuss health and safety issues, learn about new regulations and share their best practices. This information is shared with the field during the next daily meeting.
ANNUALLY – SRS ensures all of their employees have up-to-date certificates. SRS also completes self audits and peer audits to ensure they have the best safety processes in the industry.
